A $5.00 piece of wall art from the Dollar store became the tray. I broke the glass, painted it black and silver, lined it with scrapbook paper and two strips of black pleather from an old purse, and did several coats of matte sealer.
Dollar Tree mirror, used a set of gear stencils, black and silver paint, metal chain, took the back off an old earring.
Round mint tin, green nail  polish and glossy sealer, and took apart a new hair clip.
Used a green bottle,  domed silver piece from broken jewelry on the top of the lid, wrapped screw top lid with leather strips and chain, green cabochon I'd had forever plus part of an earring on the front, tied a broken metal bracelet around the neck(with a little glue), and painted it with  clear jewelry glaze  for extra  shine.

It looks glorious and very attractive. I love what you've done with the bottle.
