I was thinking of posting this in the hoop a long. But since he's not hooped. I decided to put him here.

I got Shaggy here (I named him after Shaggy from Scooby Doo) from Etsy. http://www.etsy.com/listing/46560888/pdf-cross-stitch-pattern-0004goat?ref=sr_gallery_12&ga_hp_ref=primary&ga_search_query=goat+cross+stitch&ga_order=most_relevant&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_ship_to=US&ga_search_type=all

I made him for a friend of mine who LOVES goats and he is now hanging on her wall in her craft room!

Here's a closer view if you like.

I love Shaggy!  I'm convinced one of our goats is smoking as much weed as he's eating (not that I'm growing weed in my pasture... but maybe he is?).  I just think that piece is hilarious and it's fun to see an embroidered piece actually framed. As much as I love hooplas,  I think we've all may have gotten a little hoopla lazy lately.

Yeah Gamemom42 I like the look of framed pieces myself.

I do like the hoopla look too. Actually, I never thought of framing it in a hoop until I saw them here in the forum, since my mom always professionally framed her work. And I don't have friends that embroider/cross stitch. So seeing what everyone posts here is really fun to see!
