I'm planning a 3rd painting today, and was wondering where the heck to post it...and I found this board Smiley Yaay!

Now I want to share my 1st and 2nd paintings, done for swaps and long sent out (well: they were done within the past year):

The first paintings were altered playing cards in similar mien. Unfortunately I can't find pics of them on my Craftster photo bucket.

This painting was done on muslin with acrylics.

This is a lovely piece!  I'm curious as to how you painted the muslin, did you have to water down your paints quite a bit?  How did you keep the base fabric from moving around?  It is a really interesting base choice for a painting and turned out great!
