Is it too late to gather some participants for a quick and small camping/wilderness swap?

I'm interested in the idea! I guess it depends when it's running and the parameters. Have any specifics in mind?

I'd like to open the swap as soon as possible for about a week.  Then maybe a month or a month and a half to craft?  Like I said before, maybe this should have started a while back but on the other hand, I know there are some fall and winter items I can use as well.

I don't generally do points when organizing a swap, I like to leave it open to the partners' budget and schedule but if that's what is preferred, does 5 points sound reasonable?
