How about a copy cat challenge where you copy a "real" item.  I think it could be anything clothing, furniture, whatever, and you wouldn't have to actually have the "real" item, because I think a picture would be enough.  Maybe you copy something that is expensive, but use "cheap" materials.  There could be a set spending limit, or you could just show the difference in cost between the "real" item and your item.  Also, I don't think that the crafted item would have to be exact, but could be similar to/inspired by the "real" item.  I'd love to see what everyone comes up with.  Does anyone else like this idea?

I got the idea for this from all of the posts I've seen where people ask for help in making things that are too expensive for them.

I'm in.
Would we have to have to all have the same "real" item, or could we choose our own?

I think it would work best as a "choose your own" like the other challenges have been.

I love this idea, kinda reminds me of the show, The Look For Less.
