hi  Cheesy I haven't poste in a while

the last thing I sewed turned out awful, so im re-sewing it. I tried to make a zipped needle case with out a pattern. I took out the zipper and im just going to make flaps to hold the needles down. and sew on buttons. i'll report back later.

That1girl, glad to see you've made yourself a knitting needle case. That was one of the things I seriously had thought about making for you, but I know almost nothing about knitting. Was concerned that I would make something unusable - - - too small, needle slots too tight, etc. - - - so went with plan B. Having a lot of fun with the fat quarters, although dd#2 thinks I may have gotten carried away with the planning (I used graph paper to chart out almost everything I've made, so I wouldn't waste fabric). Should be mailing Monday.

Oh, rscowtown, I'm so sorry to hear that.  I hope you find relief soon!  I once went through a very, very long period of such severe headaches that I was convinced I had a brain tumor - even though all my scans came back negative!  Amazingly - they cleared up when I quit my crazy corporate job!   Grin

I'm going to be a Monday sender!  I've been playing around and making lots of 'practice' pieces, but really, I was waiting for my new baby to arrive - I traded my poor-old-abused-bottom-of-the-line Singer in on a new Bernina - it arrived yesterday and I'm soooo excited to start playing around with it!  I should be finished up tomorrow afternoon and will send first thing Monday morning!

I'm enjoying my usual last minute scramble... how on earth has this summer home so unbelievably fast already?
