I made some progress this weekend - got a couple of small things done. Now to figure out what to do with the rest of the fabric...

A sender already!  Oh my gosh!  I feel like such a slacker - I spent the weekend with a pad of graph paper feverishly trying to determine just how much I could eek out of two fat quarters!  I did get fabrics picked out and am ready to cut, though I'm a little apprehensive, as I don't want to waste any material!   Cheesy

^ same boat, lol.  There's a quilting store here that hosts an open sewing day where you can bring in your machine; the next one is tomorrow.  It's perfect timing for this swap, so my plan is to pick out my fabric and then sew my behind off!

I picked up my fabric on Tuesday, but I've been reluctant to cut into it and don't know why... the only thing I can think of is that it's because I like the fabric but I'm not in love with it.

Okay...that's not entirely true. I am in love with one of the fat quarters. So I googled to see what else is in that collection, and now I'm debating offering the entire bundle of 35 fat quarters... This could be an expensive project Wink

Wheee!  Bought fabric for the crafted item(s) and one of the fat quarters to include.  I would have sewn everything today but I had a fall at the fabric store.  Long story short, slipped on some water and now I'm basically bruised and busted up.  Since I can't do much other than sit around, I guess I'll be sewing tomorrow instead.  Smiley

Am using graph paper to plan everything I want to make. Even came up with a 3/4" square project and a 1" square project to make from the scraps!!
