craftADDchick - Give me a few weeks and I'll get the tutorial finished.  I have drumming class all next week.

wdicwg - The paint seems to be sticking pretty well.  I made some last year that I've used in my classroom and they haven't chipped at all.  I think its a combination of the ping pong balls which aren't a glossy, smooth surface and the fact that some of those maracas have 4 or 5 coats of paint in order to be thick enough to look good.

Ohhhhhh!!! Ping pong balls!! At first I thought they were wood beads or something. I bet they sound great and I can imagine it's hard to resist shakin' 'em!! Smiley
