Does anyone have this? CD swap

Hi I was thinking about running a does anyone have this CD swap.  I was thinking that people could post a list of say 20 CDs or bands that they want and don't have.  Then someone in the list could pick them to send a Cd full of some of their requests.  Then they would find stuff that their partner wants and send them a CD full of stuff in return.  So it would essentially be a one to one swap, but you could participate as many times as you want.  I was thinking MP3 makes the most sense since you can fit about 12-15 whole albums on one, but it could be any format that the individual swappers want.
