I have a Singer Futura...CE100 I think. It's an older embroidery machine. Anyways, I have used it the past 2-3 Yeats with no problems. The past couple times I've tried to use it, the upper thread keeps getting caught under face plate where bobbin case is. I have no idea why. Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening or should I look into getting it serviced?
