I just finished this little project today. Sorry about the glare. I bought the kit from Sheena Rogers Designs. The kit came with the pattern, instructions, thread, and bottle. The completed stitching is a solid rectangle that is folded and sewn into a tube then folded into the bottle. There is a ship on both sides of the bottle.

I'm so excited. It looks great on my trinket shelf.

Thanks! I love finding interesting ways to use cross stitch projects. I wish I had thought of it. Sheena also has a Genie in the bottle.
