I made these bracelets earlier on this year (Madness and Curiosity) and had been sitting on the pics for a tutorial for awhile, but I think a couple of people may have mentioned they would like to know how to do them.  Anyways, I finally published the instructions on my blog recently, and wanted to post the link here - it shows an alternative resist and a different way of using that resist to etch with ferric chloride, but others may find it helpful, I hope.

Anyways if you are interested in making something like this or trying metal etching, here is the tutorial I came up with - if you have any questions or need clarification, please let me know!

My blog post for the instructions for this bracelet

I'm not into etching, so I can't comment on your tutorial, but I really love the bracelet.

Wow, that is a great tute!  And you are so generous to share your knowledge.  Thank you.

Scholars and artists...differ most importantly in the way their knowledge is come by.  Scholars get theirs with conscientious thoroughness along projected lines of logic; poets...stick to nothing deliberately, but let what will stick to them like burrs where they walk in the fields.
