My fiancé and I are getting married on friday, September 13th of this year, so that really is around the corner! I finally made this project I had planned for months already, but never got around to making: something for our wedding rings that a bit more beautiful than a boring ring box.

The frame was a gift from a friend, the fabric and lace come from a plastic boned fashion corset that I really loved an wore a lot (and my boyfriend liked the look on me!) but the bones were bent and it had gotten too small. I recuperated it as it goes beautifully with our steampunk wedding theme!

You have done a great job on this.  What a unique way to have your rings carried, best wishes for your wedding, it should be lovely if this piece is any indication of your style.
