I have a friend who lives in TX. She's pregnant with a baby girl due in November. What sort of baby items would be best to make? I know it's HOT in TX in the summer but I'm unsure of the weather in the Fall. I want to make some things that will be used and loved.
 TIA,
 Natalie

Even if it is hot, I would think a baby blanket would still be good. Try a light lacy one

You could always make a little toy.
Or a little dress

And they have adorable baby sandals now

I absolutely love love quilts, do you think an afghan is a fair trade for a quilt? I'd love to swap!

I live in TX and cooler weather is definitely here by November.  You should be good with any pattern. Grin
