Is that teal with white dots duct tape?!   Neato!    I love that needlebox, great idea!

Yes! And I started to use black lace tape, but decided that I didn't have enough to wrap the entire package. I love duct tape, I make flower pens out of the different duct tapes that are available now. Cheesy

Deathbeforedishes.. .I feel so close to you after seeing the package you made. Sewing, hoopart, whimsies...and COFFEE. Were like twins separated at birth.

Maybe we were!! I am originally from California... hmmm.... Wink

I had to look up the morsbags.  I had never heard of them!

I just heard of them a few months ago!  Thanks to Leslieshappyheart I am now addicted to making them.  Undecided

Everyone's packages have been so awesome!  I am working on package #2 for PerfectlyBohemian.. . my new job should slow down next week, which will give me time to wrap it all up! Cheesy

Morsbags...  I learned real quick what they are when the city banned plastic bags at grocery stores.  It's been on my to-do list to make a slew of them rather than carry my groceries out to the car by hand...

I received a great package from my partner Theboywonder! I know the packages are supposed to be themed around your partner, but I feel like this package was custom made for me!!!

Here's a group shot of everything:

Here's some close ups now:

This is a great green hat, some tarot cards with holder (I love tarot and it's not something we had even talked about), a LSP sticker, a mini journal, and some lip balm.

Some really cool shrinky-dink Adventure Time magnets. These are already on the fridge!

These are some awesome hand made envelopes made out of comic book pages! I just love the corgi one (we have a corgi-chihuahua mix)

And this is some really neat bookmarks from Supernatural and Doctor Who!
I didn't get any close ups of the books, Never Let Me Go and The One I Left Behind, and some cool ATC blanks. I've never made ATCs before, but now I definitely want to try.
This was an awesome package that I'm soo happy to have received.

A few things I made for Nolansmomster.  I wasn't smart enough to take pics of everything.  Oh well.  2 sloths, mom and son, made from towels.  The "baby" sloth's legs are weighted w/plastic poly pellets to give him the weight her son seeks.  And, I made the sloth from a towel, for texture.  Her son also likes texture.  I made a travel along safari.  My late FIL had cut the animals out of wood.  I now have all of his wood pattern books.  I coated them w/glue, covered them in a fake grass material for texture, then painted them.  I made the savanah from quilted material.  Sewed fake grass on both sides.  The "water" on both sides is the slick side of a blue cloth napkin.  The mounds are made from a ridged upholstery cloth, and a nylon quilted vest.  Again, all for texture.  The savanah is double sided, and has different patterns on each side.  I sewed handles on either side, so it can be carried.  Then I made a draw string bag, w/her son's name on it, for the wooden animals.  I didn't get pics of the glass fruit and vegetable earrings I made her, or the 2 dog pillows, or the hedgehog from a mitt, I made for her son.  Or the items I didn't make.

Thank you for posting, Gotgrey!!! I still have to locate the Christmas ornaments (which I believe believe Nolansdadsteprobabl y packed away for the season) but otherwise I have finally rounded up the rest of the fabulous goodies! I will post pictures of the remainder be the end of the weekend!

Nolan loves his sloth! It has officially found a home in his pillow pit!
