These sound so yummy! And, if I hadn't used up the last banana two days ago, I'd be mixing up a batch. Fortunately, I will be hitting the grocery store soon... I wonder how they'd be if I added a dash of peanut butter? I love peanut butter and banana together Smiley

I must make these! Grin ...but somehow I have no chocolate chips in my pantry :::shifty eyes because I certainly didn't just snack on them with spoons of peanut butter::: Wink

I just did this yesterday . . .  but I do have some chocolate chips left.  No bananas, though.  I ate THOSE with chocolate chips, too.  Cheesy

I will give this recipe a go. Thanks for sharing, sweets!

Lol. Me too. We only take the ones that don't go to market which is very little...the best to the best...and if DH does find any, first dibs to GS who is 8 months old and just started with solid foods...
I could fix you up with bananas that taste like apples if you'd like but then you'd have to come get them. (?)
I've finally got "all" of the ingredients to a recipe but lack the main one......and it's only 3 ingred.....

I make these all the time and call them "breakfast cookies." You can add all sorts of stuff! I've added craisins, coconut, chia seeds, canned pumpkin, slivered almonds... they always turn out great!
