Beautiful!  I want to make one like that with the 3D Cube effect!  I bet she will be in love with it.  I like the way you quilted it so the cubes appear on the back, and the boarder is different.  It gives it real depth.

Lovely.  I really like how you used the patterns in the blocks to create the stripped border.  Tumbling blocks is one of my favorite quilt patterns, but I find it very intimidating.
