A friend of mine just had her baby shower, and I thought "hey, everyone's going to give her stuff for the baby, what about her?" So I bought her a new teapot, a bunch of fancy teas, and knitted her the awesomest tea cozy EVAR!

Crochet roses on corespun yarn (and leftover acrylic to finish), using a modified version of the Fun and Fast Tea Cozy.

My aunt saw it on FaceBook and now wants a dozen hilarious tea cozies for her hospital fundraiser in November. What a great excuse to make ridiculous yet practical knitted goods Tongue

That's great, and it's always good to have an excuse to knit more zany things. Wink
