I fell in love with a scoop neck dress from ModCloth, but I can't find a pattern that in any way comes close to the cute neckline.  I've pored over my own vintage dress patterns, as well as the Big Three, and I'm at a loss.  Can you help?

Hawthorn from Colette Patterns would be a lovely match. The basic bodice shape is there and the skirt has the same smooth, ungathered and fluid look of the Modcloth dress. Shortening and angling the sleeves wouldn't be too difficult and Gertie from blogforbettersewing.com has a great new web class on how to draft the sailor collar.

Closer to the neckline and sleeves, there's Reglisse from Doe&Deere http://boutique.deer-and-doe.fr/?fond=produit&id_produit=8&id_rubrique=3
The closure is obviously different, as is the waistline, but it also is very similar to the modcloth dress along the upper portion.

Good luck!
