Alpha Stamps has started carrying 4" by 4" die-cut chipboard frames, which are great for making cards, or better yet, tunnel books!

Here's a tiny circus tunnel book I made with a set of the frames, which consist of one square, and one piece with a circle cut out of it. I added the peak of the tent, using some old shirt cardboard I had.

If you look closely, you'll see it has about five different layers of circus performers, plus a banner of sequined stars hanging across the top of the performance area. It's about 2" deep, when open.

Here it is closed, when everything is stacked up flat.

Most of the images I used came from Alpha Stamps collage sheets, but I did draw those juggling pins that are scattered along the bottom, using some Google images for reference. Now I really want some old juggling pins. I found some real beauties on eBay.

There was a lot of trial and error figuring out how to make each layer work, but now that I've done it, I'm eager to try another. Thanks for taking a look!

eeek!  I love it!  Lately, I have been admiring circus tents and circus-related crafts!  Love that you added your own drawn items as well!

Every detail is wonderful and well placed. The juggling pins are my favorite, and would be fun to have around. Are they heavy?

Thanks, everyone!

HSG, I doubt juggling pins are that heavy, but the nice ones are expensive. I don't have any (yet). Cheesy

This is great, and perfect timing as I'm beginning work on a toy theatre/tunnel scene!  Thanks for the inspiration!
