I made this cake small so it would be a nice center piece for a small tea party or maybe a romantic dinner for two. The peacock is made out of fondant painted with glycerin mixed with Wilton gel colors. I made the white chocolate accent pieces by putting the melted chocolate in a squeeze bottle and drawing them out on wax paper.

Here is a pic of the blue marble effect I got with the fondant I covered the cake with:
