My husband and I are illustrating/writing a book using an idea I came up with about two years ago now: cats doing jobs. After my cat died (she was just shy of her 20th birthday) it spurred me to get this started.

Here are a few of them for the book- let me know what you guys think.

We are wanting to make the book, eventually. I have several that I need to ink and paint still (they are water colors.) I wonder if anyone who has etsy store experience can give any pointers on the best way to make prints.

awww--these are so cute!

I took my art to a print shop...they scanned it and made it into a file that I can then order prints from them really inexpensively!  They can shrink them down or make them larger as well.  I have been scanning a lot of my smaller pieces and having them print them on nice paper.  I don't want to waste my ink as they can do it a lot cheaper.  Check your local print shops...they are a wealth of information!
