I recently came across a pattern for a pretty simple bag, which I had used to make bags for my children's teachers for  the end of the year. Well...I have become  obsessed  with making bags, and here's a neat Christmas colored one I just finished today.

This one I actually deviated from the pattern a bit, as the pattern asks for two straps, and I did one long one.  The pattern taught me how to turn lining inside out etc when lining a bag, and this one I did differently so the lining is on the outside, too.

I found the material for this at a yard sale for super cheap...enough fabric to make  two of these! Yippee!
