This bow tie pattern is very simple and easy to adapt.

Bow ties are cool

Starting Round: Chain 15, leave a decent tail
Rounds 2-8: Chain 2, half double crochet

Finish, leave a decent tail

Weave both tails upper and lower to the center of the patch and then wrap them around the center to make the bow tie. Knot them on the back and tuck in the tails.



As you can see from the attached photo this pattern is easy to adapt. I made bow ties using a starting chain of 10 to a starting chain of 20, I went from 4 rows to 8 rows. The size of yarn/hook that you use will make a big difference in the size of your bow ties.
