When you frog the two sweater strands onto the wheel, makes sure that you add plenty of twist. You want the yarn to really snap together when you check the twist. This is a cabled yarn. I cannot stress the need for the dust mask enough. I have asthma and I had some heath problems for a couple of weeks as a result of trying this without a mask. It's an outdoor project. Cotton is super dusty! I haven't tried doing this with a wool yarn yet, but I imagine that the speed of the unraveling would make some dust and little fibers fly, too.

I've heard good things about the pocket wheel.  I'd like to try one in person, just to feel that baby spin. But it's so very tempting, since both my wheels are quite big. One day... in the far off future.  lol

Each yarn is more beautiful than the one before. I want to touch them and rub them on my skin! The colors are so rich and intense. How can you decide what to make from them?
