*Mods*  If this is in the wrong place, please move.  I'm new at this!  Smiley

This photo is what I gave to DH for Father's Day (today)!  It was inspired from something I saw from Pinterest (the chip sign idea).  My DDs and I ran with the idea for other items that DH would like.

The photo is not that good, so here's what's in the photo and what it says:

-"You're all that and a bag of chips!"--attached to a bag of Doritos
-"You're a nut!"--attached to a bag of trail mix
-"You bug me."--attached to a bag of gummy bugs (DH is an exterminator, so this is extra punny!  Grin)
-"Don't be a pain!"--attached to a package of Advil
-"You're so sweet!"--attached to a package of gum

It IS a simple set of gifts, but inexpensive if you are watching your pennies.  It's also VERY difficult to know what to buy DH, as there's not much he wants, so this was fun and easy!

Edibles are always a good gift for Dad!

I love the little sayings that are so punny! Grin

I really try to stay away from edibles for DH, as a rule, b/c he has diabetes and is overweight.  But ATM, money is really tight, and these items were economical.

We had a lot of fun making up the sayings.  Cheesy

(BTW, AIMR, you're the best for commenting on all of my photos!  Kiss)

Did you know that if you go into your Craftster Photo Hosting, click on your picture and then hit edit, that you can flip, rotate etc. your photo?  keeps your fellow craftsters from straining their necks to see... ha!

You know, it's hard to tell if he liked them or not.  He responds the same way to every gift we give him.  AIMR had sewn some pillowcases for me out of Star Trek fabric I had sent to her, and I gave them to him for Xmas.  Do you know it was like three months later that he told me it was one of his favorite gifts he's ever gotten??!!  Roll Eyes

Thank you for the compliment!

lol I think a lot of men are that way...my husband might grunt or mumble a thank you, and it is usually from some other mutual friend that I hear he loved something!  I am trying to get him to be more expressive:  Especially if it is a handmade gift!!!

I really think these would be great as stocking stuffers this year....
