Made this wizardy shadow box house for the iyp swap.  Was fun to make.  It's like a treasure hunt trying to find things to put in.  Took a look through all my odds and ends and found stuff to hide in there.  Bottles filled with all kinds of glitters, herbs, and potions.  Lots of rocks and clay items.

I love the black rose in the corner.  Ice cube, key, arrowhead and dalmatian obsidian owl.  Tigers eye stone, clay snitch, beads and charms.

Mirror, shells, herbs, hematite star. Crystal ball.

And it all started out with an old wood compartmental house I found at the local second hand store.

So glad it made it in one piece!  (as far as I can tell)  I love making these little shadowbox miniature things, but it's always so nerve wracking trying to put them through the mail!

Thanks for looking  Grin

How fun!  Is everything glued down so it would arrive in one piece?

Love it! I have two of these, one that was made for me and one I made for myself.  I actually just purchased a HUGE shadow box type thing so I can make a large display for all my whimsies from past swaps.

Yes, it was all glued down, and I know because I was the luck recipient!  This shadow box is so amazing!  I love everything about it... just stunning.  Thank you patty_o_furniture!
