I didnt get a before pic but it was your basic 90s button up maxi skirt similar to this


 I added a crotch,  moved the hanger straps to the front near the corners wear the buttons start ( to be used as a neck tie ) ta da!  I left this one loose and flowey but I can also shirr them in at the waist for a more flattering fit or wear them with a belt ! . This project was so easy just one cut and one seam ( then move the straps or add your own ) next time I make one Ill do a photo tute






Now I have a new item to look for at the rummage sales this summer - 90s maxi skirts to transform into cute rompers
