I painted my nails with the Essie color Play Date! then I used clear top coat just on the ends of my nails then dipped my finger in the little balls you can buy on ebay or a craft store.. then I used a bit more clear top coat to help seal the balls on Dry and boom cute nails and so simple... PS be sure you have a good 30 mins to spare to let dry it takes a bit longer then normal nail styles because of the balls and extra clear coat.
