My baby brother is having a baby next month. they are doing their nursery in a jungle theme. I have had this fabric laying around for a while and thought that it just screamed jungle without actually being jungle print.

the pattern is quite simple. just four framed squares. I found some great free coloring pages online of Mommy and Baby animals. I used these to make my applique pattern.

I appliqued a T in the middle to personalize it.

here are a few pics what do yall think.

I think that the elephants are my favorite

thanks everyone for the comments.

I gave the quilt to my brother and sister in law this weekend. they loved it. my SIL commented as I was leaving that they might just frame it or hang it in the babies room.

I think that was a little much but it made me feel like I was floating to have the such great feed back.

Oh, I agree with you SIL, I wouldn't put it on the bed either, I'd hang it up to keep it nice forever, and so everyone can admire it.
