My wedding is coming up toward the end of July and I crocheted rose brooches for our immediate family to wear. I'm saving some floral money! Plus, I wanted to include crochet in some part of our wedding since I'm trying to incorporate everything we love into it. Smiley

Here are the details:
Yarn: Caron Simply Soft scraps for the flowers, scrap Red Heart Soft for the leaves
Time for each flower: About 10 minutes for both leaves, about another 20 for the flower, another couple minutes to sew the pin back and felt on (going at "Whistlefish" tv-watching speed)
Pattern: Based on this pattern I found on Ravelry - http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/small-and-large-roses
Hooky Happiness Factor: 9/10! I loved making these. They're so pretty and they're fun and they hook up super quick!

Thanks for looking!

what a wonderful touch!  great way to save money and be crafty at the same time.  And better then real flowers, because they will never wilt.
