I bought this fabric in Tallinn a few years back. Thought that it wasn't as wide as fabrics normally here are and was terrified that the fabric would run out when I would try to make something of it. I finally found this ADORABLE pattern and gave it a go. I've never been happier with anything I've sewn! It's perfect - totally clean cut on the inside aswell Smiley

We have a real photography studio at our school so a friend took me some pics! Smiley

It is indeed adorable...and I love how you took a classic floral on check and made it so fresh and modern...is there a zipper somewhere? Grin

The zipper is a hidden one on my left sideseam! And for the first time the pleating seam is on even height on front and back (ie on either sides of the zipper!)

Thank you all Smiley

I used a "boat neck" (errms, that's what it is translated from Finnish Cheesy) dress pattern from a Finnish magazine called "Suuri Ksity".. So just for Finns, I think Cheesy (I'm sure there are similar patterns, but this one in particular is from SK)
