*2 chicken breasts
*1/2 cup yellow mustard
*1/2 cup honey
*1/2 cup brown sugar

From MyAmConf

Step 1: Mix the mustard, honey, and brown sugar together until blended.

Step 2: Sear the chicken breasts on both sides in a frying pan set on medium-high.

About to go in the oven....
Step 3: Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken breasts, cover the frying pan with an oven-safe lid/aluminum foil and pop it into the over at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. (Feel free to take your chicken breasts and put them into a baking dish if your frying pan isn't oven safe)

Step 4: ENJOY! I sered mine with plain white rice and it was amazing. Freakishly delicious.

looks good, thanks for sharing! I'm a vegetarian but my boyfriend's a big meat eater and since he moved in i've been looking for quick and easy meat dishes so he'd not living off of frozen burritos and ham sandwiches (although you'd never hear him complain about that Wink )  and this looks like its real simple with lots of flavor and its made from stuff i usually have on hand, can't wait to try it out on him

I've been looking for something simple to cook for my husband, he's a picky eater and his current diet is mostly pizza and chicken fingers lol. I think this might fit the bill perfectly, its a little different but not so far away from his usual food and most importantly even someone like me who can't cook to save her life, can make it.
I'm going to give it a try, thanks for posting the recipe  Cheesy
