I made this tea box as part of a set (along with this mug rug) for the Edward Gorey swap. It is an original drawing, but I was inspired by this Gorey limerick and illustration.



I found a really nice cigar box at the thrift store, and painted it with some leftover wall paint. The drawings were done in various sharpies and art pens, then sprayed with fixatif so they won't smudge.
