First of all I would like to thank this post http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=28780.0
This is such a great tutorial from downloading the pattern to sewing them up.
I digitized the scanned patterns from showstudio into my self-designed pattern making system KAD, and then transferred them into Gerber Accumark so that I can print the patterns through my university's Gerber plotter.
It's not that hard as it may look like, especially if you really read every post of that topic. I spent a whole week for cut-and-sew the jacket and two days for the dress while I was in my senior year in Academy of Art University.
Here is my personal website. I am now in the U.S. and hunting for jobs. Guys if you are working in Abercrombie and Fitch please give me a recommendation Grin

P.S. Please ignore that silver mannequin.

Anyway.
I like your in progress pics and I can see you did a great job in sewing that jacket. It's not my kind of cloth, I like to wear my jackets the "right way round" Wink, but I certainly know the image Galliano has and the workmanship one has to master to sew that up. So congrats!
I'd like to know a bit more about the dress - did you do the pattern by yourself? It looks very flattering and smooth.

Hi Salad,

Here is how I did the dress. It's done by drape and I made the spiral design similar to the jacket.
