I have a very vintage Typewriter Table  that was rescued from my moms school. Its currently ugly grey. I intend to put a tray on the bottom but what should I paint it? I have a paris theme in my kitchen, and this table will be a bar cart that goes between there and my my black and burgendy living room. I was thinking black and pink mabey? Any ideas?

What about pulling a punch of colour from the artwork in one of those rooms? Is there any colour that is seen in the artwork or accents of both rooms? A decent possibility in my mind for your bar table would be black with light turquoise/aqua accents, but you might need to bring home a bunch of paint chips to make sure you pick a colour that'll work with everything already in there.
