The sun prints are so neat! I really must try that technique!

I love the spaceships - they are so crisp and clean!

The nautical fabric is so summery!

I should post pics of what I've made with the fabric already - I've made a pillow, bag and wall hanging!

The cocktails must have truly inspired you. I love the fabric you made. Now you have to have another cocktail to inspire you to make something out of it and post a pic of that.

that is a good plan...hmmm...

I made some more since I posted that...is it just me or is everyone else like this, once you start, you cannot stop and then you find yourself looking around at things to print on...(even the wall!..in my defence it was a great idea, print one of everything on the wall of my craft room, so that I know what I have when I need to print something)

I am a bit bummed that all the cool crafty women (ie you lot) live at the very least a sea, and in most cases an ocean away...think of what fun we could have...all my local friends look on me with mild indulgence when I get too 'crafty'

Jen sews - super cute koi print! Did you stamp it or screen print?

fancybutch - I love your choice of color and patterns for the fabrics and prints! The space ships are so cool but I think I really am taken by the circus bear  Grin

edel - I already commented on your mushroom print on the other thread you created, but again bravo! Awesome print!

Edelc are you using screens or stamps? I love your robots, and the mushrooms are fabulous and vintage looking.

OK I received two amazing fabulous fabrics from kawaiihelen a couple days ago but have been too crazy with work to post pics.  So here they are!

For my outerspace theme she did a fabulous print she had made before with a friend, it's really awesome.  I love that it's on canvas, such a mix of ships and items, and the random red adds such a great touch!

you can see my cat Max was also quite taken with this Smiley

And for cute animals ... foxes!  It's so adorable.

thank you so much, it was great swapping with you, you do such great prints!

I love, love looking at all the fabrics!   Here is a bunch of pictures of fabric goodness!

First up from Nolansmomster:

I love it!!  The purple leaves are very subtle but the other leaves really stand out.  Thank you!  Smiley  (It is one yard and freezer paper I think, must have been a lot of work!)

Nolansmomster also sent this stamped geometric print.  I wish the colors of my picture were more true to life.  I love this one also!  Thank you!  Plus a lot of printing for a whole yard.  Smiley

Next from leather and lace:

I love the feathers!  She also stamped with bubble wrap.  Thank you!

Also leather and lace made an amazing steampunk print!  The gears are foam stamped.  I love the layers of color.  Smiley

Jen sews - super cute koi print! Did you stamp it or screen print?

I screen printed it with a frame I made and some iron on vinyl.  I think the iron on vinyl may last longer than contact paper although I don't know for sure not having tried contact paper.  These are my first screens made ever!

Very first practice screen print:

I sent the screen on to Nolansmomster.  She said she was nervous about trying screenprinting so I thought having a screen to try with might help!

My 2nd much more fiddly one was the koi.  Here are some of my test prints.  I ended up using more of an orange color for the final one:

And last I made a running skeleton for leather and lace on duck cloth:

Unfortunately  I damaged the screen with my heat gun while trying to impatiently dry it off.  Sad
