Ummmm I really want to reach through the computer and steal that Harry Potter shrine!  In fact I love all three of them.  Putting one in a pocket watch is really cool!

That fairy is too cute!  Is that a nest I see in the nature shrine?

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

The cloud shrines are pretty. Great work, mariak!

Nature must be a favourite for lots of people and it's full of texture. The fairy is too cute!

I'm relieved that teag liked her shrines and that she posted such great pictures. Whew!

that pocketwatch moon shrine really rocks!  Talk about different!
And the tin shrine with the flowers in the top is gorgeous.

Is that a nest I see in the nature shrine?

Yes it is. I made a nest out of raffia.

I'm glad you liked everything, geekgirl. Smiley

I got the greatest shrines from woobie today!  They were packaged so sweetly!

First up is for my Buddha theme.  It is so beautiful.  I loved it before I even opened it, but the inside took my breath away!  I love the beads in his hands.

Next is my space shrine, with the coolest "comet" tail!  It's made from a pocket watch!

AND!  Video game shrine!  Too awesome...

If those weren't enough, she also included the neatest little bag of extras.  Plus a kitty card made my her great aunt in the 1960's!

Notice the little pie pin cushion in the back?  It's a ring made by woobie!  This is great, I needed a portable pin cushion for when I'm sewing at my machine.

Included in the bag was also a Scrabble tile necklace she made, inside a matching box.  It's so pretty!

Thank you so much for being such a great partner, Janice!  I really love everything and already have all my shrines set up on display.  Smiley

Wow, what great shrines! And so wildly different, too. But TWO pocket watch shrines - how is that possible? Was there a memo I didn't get?

I think the Frida shrine is my favourite so far. At my day job I've just started working on an opera production for next year that has a Frida Kahlo/butterfly theme, so it seemed very familiar!

Wow! Lots of shrines coming in! I really love the Bird Shrine from Teag. The Harry Potter shrine is so interesting... I love all the layers and the way it was constructed. That space shrine in a pocket watch is so awesome too! And I see lots of adorable bits in the extras bag Cheesy
