I felt bad when we couldn't afford a mothers day gift for my husbands mom, so i decided to make her a little gift, and since origami is my thing i thought a kusudama would be nice.

This piece is a little over 2 and a half inches tall has 12 kawasaki roses, 20 origami lily's (for the foliage) and 20 upside down blossoms (the pink flowers)

Absolutely beautiful!
And so much better than a store bought gift.

Thank you for all the nice comments  Smiley

She actually hasn't received this yet Cry we'll be seeing her this weekend for a belated mothers day celebration. I'm sure she'll love it though, shes a super talented crafty lady herself, really the perfect person to craft for lol.

I am having trouble deciding how to package it to give to her though, i'd love to hear if anybody has any crafty ideas for wrapping paper crafts.
