Yay, I'm in Smiley Look forward to swapping. I made a needle book for myself a year ago, and to my dismay I noticed this morning that the ribbon to keep it closed is falling apart Sad So a new needle book is definitely needed.

Yippie, I'm in!!!
I was expecting to receive a needlebook in another swap, but my partner disappeared. So glad I'll get another chance to make/receive one!

I keep seeing this swap on the list and decided I just had to join.  I try to keep busy with the pinterest swaps....but with all the sewing, another needlebook would sure come in handy!

In the spirit of this upcoming swap I wanted to share with you all a needlebook that I made last weekend. Most needlebooks I see are made of felt, but you can make one out of paper Smiley

These are fun and easy to make Smiley

Seneris, is that just an accordion-fold, or is it more complicated? The patterned face with the border and little loop is the outside, right? Do you have a side view, by any chance?

Hi Wulf,
yes, I have some sort of side view Smiley

This is the base. So its folded in two places, not quite an accordion fold.

Oh, no wonder I couldn't figure it out - it's totally different than I imagined! Thanks for that clarification. It looks like a really practical thing.
