I had been dying for a fringe bikini top, and found one at target, but it wasn’t fringe-y enough. I used Kwik Sew 2769 for the top, added two layers of fringe and criss-cross straps to the back. The bottoms are from Target.

Love it! Like the criss cross straps too. So many tops just tie around the neck, I always end up tying mine super tight because I like to keep the girls in check but sometimes I feel like it's pulling my head down
