Project Geekdom (if any): Mortal Instruments!
Bonus Points: nerdy
Project Name: Reversible Mortal Instruments necklace
Project Page Link (if available):
Brief Description:
Muppets are versatile!!  For example - Kermit is a frog, pig lover, news reporter, detective, singer, dancer, stage producer, MC... need I go on?  Wink  In recognition of this attribute, I created a reversible necklace as
a gift for a swap. Abbeeroad is a fellow Mortal Instruments fan, and I made a necklace with her favorite rune on it (Equilibrium) and one of her favorite Isabelle Lightwood (a character in the series) quotes on the reverse.  The quote turned out to be a bit ironic, since the distress ink got away from me a little... Roll Eyes It says, "I'm pure at heart. It repels the dirt."

Love the hat, silentblair, but that Borg sphere looks suspiciously like a Death Star. I think some points might just wander over to the dark side....  Tongue

Regardless, I do love the hat.

Hoping to weigh in on this epic battle, but time is running out!

Those necklaces are so cool, bunny1kenobi!  What technique do you use to get the images on the dominoes?

Decoupage!  Wink  Easy peasy lemon squeasy! The hardest part for me was drilling the holes in them and attaching the bails.  Those are not eye screws, they are wire loops.  Apparently I like to do things the hard way.  Roll Eyes
