Thanks a lot! I used pattern 101 from burda magazine 02/2011 for the bodice and  pattern 107 from burda magazine 11/2007.
The bodice pattern is available for download here http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/022011-dress-with-gathered-rectangle-skirt-and-cap-sleeves.
