I made it! I really made it! Never in a million years I would have guessed, that I could reupholster this old settee. It was pretty aweseome already (and in excellent condition, which made it much easier for me), but it didn't go with my color palet. Plus it was a bit "old lady" style (no pun intended). So here it comes:



I painted the gimp with fabric paint to get that vibrant color, which makes the whole thing perfect for me. I really don't want to brag, but I'm really happy with the outcome.

Congrats on a job well done!  Painting the gimp was genius...just think, your house will be so personalized because you have done so many of the projects yourself!

Love the color combo..and the style of the couch is great!
