Thanks for the help. I really can only think of taking more measurements to show him that he is the one I want to be with, but I have already come out of my emotional shell so much. He bugged me about not being romantic enough, so finally, every time I had a sweet thought, I told him.
He is an atheist, he doesn't go to church. I already told him i want to reach out to the witches in my surrounding to learn, be more natural. He doesn't like that I am hugging lot's of people. Understandable on some level. I won't join a cult or swap him for someone else. I guess it just needs time, and devotion.
Thanks for all the love. And thanks for the link, Wulf.

Ladyblades! We've missed you too! I know what you mean about postage - if it keeps going up I'm going to have to give up heroin to support my Craftster habit! Grin But if there's something small like an envelope swap, I hope you'll come back for a little visit.

Will pop photos up of my lovely gifts this evening ..... Stay tuned lovely people.
It's interesting I think, that what scares us most at the beginning of our relationships is our difference - yet, I can tell you after 15 years of marriage - it's the differences that make us smile. X

So finally I can step away from my copius amounts of paper work and share my bounteous gifts from Ms loverly Spazgirl. I feel truly honoured to have had someone step inside my being and create such wonderful things. Warning - much envy - - - and pic heavy

First off she made me this wonderful necklace, which I only just managed to take off to take the photo

Then she bought me this lovely plaque which already resides inside my studio !

Then she made me some prayer flags - which Im so excited by as Ive been wanting a set for ages and this makes a good start to my collection.
First off some blank ones for me to work on

Then this which are all double sided (so one pic per side)

And finally my most favourite one of all !!!!!

Thankyou beautiful woman, you did such a good job. They will be a major part of my renewal of vows next year Smiley

Great Job Betsy!  That necklace is too cool!  I love the prayer flags too Smiley  P_E_S_T Do you string them all together and hang them around the house?

I love the simplicity of the prayer flags, and that she included some blank ones for you to paint yourself! The stone chips on the necklace work beautifully together - it made me think of kiwi fruit! Is that citrine and quartz?

It is moonstone, rose quartz and aventurine with hematite spacers.

I was really happy with how the flags turned out. I'm glad you like them P_E_S_T

Ahhh!  I just got THE most fabulous package from hawkeyes_girl today!  It was like the gods had a hand in arrival time too- spring finally actually reached Fairbanks.  It hit 60 today!!!!

I actually was planning on doing a little something this evening, since on actual Beltane it was so craptacularly wintry I couldn't bring myself to getting in the spirit.

I just have to jump in the shower, get some laundry going, and tidy up a little before pictures will go up.  So, stay tuned- in a couple of hours I'll post!!!!

Thank you SO much Hawkeyes_girl!
