It looks soooooo good, and not to difficult to make either. Now, I only need a goat!

I milked Hermione!  It is tough work but to be able to make yummy goat cheese is just too awesome for words!

Thanks for the tutorial...it gives me a great appreciation of what it takes to eat fine things like this!

ohhh I wish I had a video of you milking Hermione because your crazy giggling was the best! Grin

I'm not much of a goat cheese fan but I can attest to the deliciousness of the MissingWillow farm cheese (and goat milk!).  I think its a combination of super freshness, happy goats and love Smiley

I love that you include the entire process in your tutorial.  So great to see how to start with a goat and end with beautiful cheese.  I can imagine how wonderful it must taste.

Oh man, my mouth is watering. Seriously, is there anything finer than goat cheese? If there is I certainly haven't eaten any!

I agree, craftylittlemonkey!  Chevre is my husband and my favorite cheese.  Man, I need to go find myself some pasteurized goat cheese like right now, I feel the preggo cravings kicking in!  Thank you so much for sharing the tutorial!  I so want to make cheese someday!

This looks amazing! I bought rennet a few months ago to try making home made mozzarella, but this looks like a much better option!

That's awesome. Not sure that I'd have the patience to make my own goat cheese, but yours looks delicious.
