I'm in Redcar too !!!   

Been to hobbycraft - great stuff but so expensive .... and not so much fabric as haberdashery really.  Although must admit, there was more fabric my latest visit since all the christmas stuff is now out of the way - so maybe it will improve.  Boyes @ Middlesbrough seems to be the best locally for fabric, unless someone else knows otherwise, and I'd be happy to be put straight.

sunny Darlington here, boyes and the indoor market are the only places really to get any fabric, Art box is good though for other bits and bobs
hobbycraft is so pricey!
