Tonight we had Steak with Roasted Potatoes and Garlic Sauteed Spinach.

Garlic sauteed spinach is my favorite way of preparing spinach, which is my favorite vegetable along with broccoli. All I do is take take garlic, spinach and chicken soup powder.

More can be seen on my blogpost about this meal, along with the recipe for the roasted potatoes: http://happycompletehome.blogspot.dk/2013/04/dinner-tonight-steak-with-roasted.html

How do you guys like to eat your spinach (if you like it at all)? It is such a great vegetable that is so good for you, so I always try to incorporate it into my meals everyday and would therefore love to hear of new and interesting ways of making it.

That sounds yummy!  I'll have to try that next time I cook spinach.

Here on Mississippi Ave we usually have our spinach in our smoothies.  We do however also enjoy it in a variety of Italian dishes, stir fried and destined for bibimbap, in a warm salad with a home-made bacon mustard vinaigrette...ok, pretty much anyway we can!

I love spinach in smoothies as well. A really great way of getting in your daily spinach! But like you I also like mine pretty much anyway I can Smiley
