A really great and flavorful sandwich, that is very easy to make.
You can make it with either bacon or prosciutto, depending on your preference or what you have on hand.

Thank you! Yes, I do. When it comes to something like pesto I like to know what is in it, since there is so much oil. Plus it tastes a lot better and you can tweak it to your personal liking. I also like to make raw pesto for pasta or as spread, which is really good and healthy seeing as it doesn't use any oil at all!
