...yep, and I bet no one else will be swapping what we are swapping!  (Any guesses?)
For the record I do not think you are allowed to swap live children, even though technically you did make them.  Tongue

 Mmmm. Now I am currious...

Oh my! I have kind of fallen off the internet lately and haven't used an actual computer for non-work use since I-don't-know-when, so somehow I missed this little treasure of a back and forth!

Haha!  Yes, we'll be swapping goodies for our Blythe dolls, and I'm starting to get a little nervous since LesliesHappyHeart is such a good sewist, and knitter, and all-round fantastic creative artist... I'm hoping what I come up with doesn't look like toddler work by comparison :/.  It will be good for me though!  Working on sewing is like making sure to eat your peas...

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

Working on sheepBlue's art quilt right now!  And I have 4 students in at the moment all giving help and advice.  They are taking a fun project to new heights of creativity.  Cheesy

Don't despair craftADDchick. I tried to use that paperclay once and it said you could put it in the oven at something like 225 degree for 15 minutes to dry it out. 5 minutes in my house was billowing smoke and my animals had abandoned me. Everything smelled for a week. When my husband got home and asked me what happened I just looked confused and asked why? Everything seemed normal to me.  Roll Eyes THAT was an epic fail! ....AND I crafted it better the second time too, but not out of Paperclay! LOL! You'll figure something out. That's what makes us crafty.

LOL! At least my disaster wasn't smelly... But, I was on the phone with my mom when I realized I had made the first grievous error and let out a string of curse words... Ooops...

Since I "accidentally" left my bag of papers that need grading on the floor beside my desk at school, I have time to try again tonight. I exercised my Google-Fu and found a tutorial that has some tips that might make me successful this time around... Fingers crossed... Because if I can get the technique to work, ThriftyLiving4U may reap the benefits Smiley

I am 10% done with the "major" project I am working on after only 3 days. I did the math and I will definitely be able to finish on time which is a relief!
